Far away readers submit their agate finds-

Dear Gary :
These are some pictures from Patagonia where we “hunt” for agates. This is just one of the sources where our trips takes us ; Here are some sources completely different regarding landscapes , climate and wildlife.

Typical Landscape from Patagonia during Autumn ; at this season of the year and before the rain and snow starts , we still can travel and try to find some new agate sources.
A lot of driving has to be made to arrive here ; about 2.400 kilometers (one way) from our home in Buenos Aires.
Kilometers inside the off road section are not accounted.

PICTURE SHOT FROM A HIGH HILL:
This can give you an idea of the loneliness of this side of our Country. No cell phones work here , no human steps are seen here ; just animal foot steps.
No dangerous animals are seen , maybe a fox or a “Guanaco” (similar to a “LLAMA”).
Lizzards are very common here.
