Update on Jalama Beach field trip-Weather-Rain.

Hi,  i’ve been checking the weather for this weekend. April
20, 21, 22  Fri-Sun, and it doesn’t look good.
It’s supposed to rain:
Thursday to Friday morning, afternoon 70% showers
Saturday is supposed to be mostly sunny, with a high of 63 degrees
Sunday rain again, showers

It’s been nice weather for some time and it just has to rain on my
field trip. I doubt I will be camping since I camp in a tent. I’ll have to
see how the weather is Thursday, Friday but it doesn’t look good
for tent camping. I will still be at Jalama Beach Sat morning 10am for the
field trip. Sat looks good and we should still have a great day
collecting minerals and fossils.  If I do decide to camp I will post
a sign at Jalama Beach on the board where you pay for your campsites
with the
following information Conejo Gem & Mineral Club, Rob and Deb
campsite #  If I don’t camp I will meet anyone who is going to be
on the field trip where you pay for your campsites, near the beach.
I was looking forward to camping, but you never know about the
weather. Let me know if this changes anyones plans or if any of you
are deciding not to go.
